Team USA name 15 man roster

The U.S. National Basketball Association has named a provisional 15 man roster to represent the USA at next month's World Basketball Championships.

Coach Mike Krzyzewski will need to trim the squad down to 12 before the World Basketball Championships get underway in Japan.

The 15 man roster includes LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony, Dwyane Wade, Shane Battier, Chris Bosh, Bruce Bowen, Elton Brand, Dwight Howard, Antawn Jamison, Joe Johnson, Brad Miller, Amare Stoudemire, Kirk Hinrich, Gilbert Arenas and Chris Paul.

Stoudamire is the surprise inclusion having missed the majority of last season with the Phoenix Suns after suffering a knee injury that required surgery.
