Pakistan hit back

Pakistan has reached 2/202 in reply to England's first innings total of 515 after Younis Khan and Mohammad Yousuf put on an unbroken century in the third Test at Headingley.

Ian Bell hit his third consecutive century for England while hard hitting batsman Kevin Pietersen made 135 as England fought back after being 3/110 at lunch on the opening day.

England scored at will in the opening session as they added 141 with Bell and Pietersen taking their partnership past 100.

Pietersen was by now enjoying his time at the crease but eventually fell going for one big hit too many when he found Nazir at long-off off the bowling of Sami.
